INFRACTRUCTURE

The Kassisaba district, the closest to the old town of Tallinn, began to be built up in the 18th century. Now there are homelike low-rise buildings of modern wooden and stone houses and a unique quiet atmosphere, so unlike to the city center.
Toompea and the Old Town are two minutes from the house, the nearest shopping center Kristiine Keskus is also less than a kilometer away. There are small grocery shops, cafes, restaurants and green areas nearby.

APARTMENT

The apartment is located in a two-floor wooden house on the first floor, windows are from the yard side. In the yard there are free parking place and a separate storage room.

Inside are the hallway with a wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a kitchenette with a stove, microwave and refrigerator.

Heating is electric, which means it is convenient to regulate utility bills yourself. In winter it is about 60 euros, summer time - about 40€.

The apartment also has a sofa bed, TV, storage lockers and a separate table.

The owners are fluent in English, Russian and Estonian.

RENT CONDITIONS

The fee on arrival is 1050 euros, which includes an advance payment for the first month of 350 euros, a deposit of 350 euros (refundable) and 350 euros for the rental agreement.
