HOUSE

Detached house with a total area of 125.7 m2, living area 122 m2.

It is a log house with stone lining. Installed double plastic windows.

The house has 6 rooms, a kitchen-dining room, 2 toilets, plus plenty of storage space and an underground cellar. The house has a lot of sunlight.

Ground floor.

The building has two entrances. Entering the house through the main door, we find ourselves in a nice, light-colored corridor. From there you can proceed to the guest room, where you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace in the evenings. The first bedroom is on the right. From the guest room, a small corridor leads to the kitchen, which is so large that it can also be used as a dining room. There are two bedrooms next door. From the kitchen, the door leads to a spacious shower room, which also has a toilet. You can also get out of the shower room, because this is the second entrance to the house. In the middle of the house there is a staircase leading to the second floor. There is another toilet room under the stairs. In addition, there is also a storage room. Inside the kitchen floor is the entrance to the underground cellar. The basement is dry.

Second floor.

The second floor has two bedrooms and plenty of storage space. One bedroom has a window with a panoramic view. If desired, the new owner can build a balcony.

COMMUNICATIONS

The house has three types of heating system:

1 Stove heating: oven and fireplace.

2 A heating blanket, which heats up and reaches each room through the ventilation pipeline.

3 Air-to-air heat pump.

PLOT

In addition to the house, the large plot has outbuildings where you can keep animals, a workshop, a sauna, two greenhouses, fruit trees (apple and plum trees), raspberry, teak and currant bushes, strawberry beds and plenty of space to run, play and just enjoy nature. The plot is located by the forest. Graceful goats are frequent guests.

LOCATION

The house is located in a beautiful location with activities for people of all ages.

The windows offer a view of the lilac bushes and the forest. In the forest you can pick mushrooms, berries, birch sap and just enjoy the birdsong.

Despite the fact that the house is in a place close to nature, the infrastructure of the city is not far away either. Shops, school, polyclinic, bus stops and train station are within a 10-20 minute walk. The train runs to both Tallinn and Narva 5 times a day. Good connection to the county center as well as Tallinn and Narva.

The Kiviõli Adventure Center is located in the town of Kviõli, where you can find activities for both adults and children. The Kiviõli ski center has the longest slopes in the Baltics. For motorcycle fans, there is an awesome motocross track in Kiviõli. Every year, the Kiviõli Motocross, known throughout Estonia, takes place in Kiviõli.

A few kilometers away is the Aidu water sports center, where you can row in old quarries filled with water.

Liimala beach is a 20-minute drive away, where you can spend time both in the hot summer and in the snowy winter. About 13 km away is the beautiful Uljaste lake, where you can both swim and hike around the lake. Purtse river is a few kilometers away, where you can go fishing.

Kiviõli is known as an industrial city because of the factory located there, but it is not something to be afraid of. The industry is located on the other side of the city and does not interfere with living on the offered property at all.
